Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or documentation

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Include the RA number and proof of purchase in the package
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us to arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
